For owner Josh, this work started early—growing up in the Lehigh Valley and learning hands-on skills alongside his father in the HVAC trade. That early experience built a strong foundation in craftsmanship and a deep understanding of how homes come together. Before starting Fix & Finish, Josh also worked in the criminal justice field as a corrections officer and federal background investigator, where integrity, accountability, and attention to detail were essential. Today, those same values shape every project he takes on.

Now raising his own family in the same Lehigh Valley community he grew up in, Josh understands the importance of a home that feels comfortable, reliable, and truly yours.
