This bathroom remodel is a great example of how Fix & Finish Home Services transforms a space with both function and personality in mind. This one was specifically designed as a shared, gender-neutral kids’ bathroom—something that feels fun and inviting, but still timeless enough to grow with them over the years.
We started by updating the core elements of the space, beginning with a new vanity installation, complete with a marble top and updated storage. We paired that with new faucet hardware, giving the sink area a polished, cohesive look with warm brass finishes.
The tub area was completely refreshed with a new tub surround installation, creating a clean, low-maintenance surface that brightens up the space. We also installed a shower curtain rod, perfectly placed and leveled to complement the updated layout.
One of the biggest transformations came from the floor tile installation—a bold black-and-white pattern that adds character and contrast while still feeling classic. This was paired with a new toilet installation to complete the functional upgrades.
To elevate the overall look, we handled light fixture installation, adding warm brass lighting that ties in beautifully with the rest of the hardware. The mirror installation above the vanity helps open up the space while keeping everything feeling balanced and intentional.
For the walls, we incorporated a mix of custom wall treatment and painting, including vertical striping and lower wall paneling to add depth and visual interest—bringing a custom, high-end feel while still keeping the space playful and kid-friendly.
As always, everything was completed with detailed surface prep, trim work, and finishing, ensuring clean lines, proper alignment, and a durable final result. The end result is a bathroom that’s not only practical for everyday use, but thoughtfully designed to work for growing kids while still feeling polished and cohesive.
